Yes, all OZI4X4 products come with a standard manufacturer warranty. The duration varies by product category, typically ranging from 12 to 24 months, covering defects in materials and workmanship.
Can I pick up my order from your warehouse?
Yes, we offer a Click & Collect service from our Sydney warehouse. Please select the 'Local Pickup' option at checkout and wait for a notification that your order is ready before arriving.
What is your return policy for change of mind?
We accept returns for change of mind within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resaleable condition. Please note that return shipping costs and a restocking fee may apply.
